Spatial design, but without the jargon. There are five main Spatial Design principles that Apple shares here:

The problem is that some parts of that video may be a little hard to understand for junior designers.

So I decided to explain it in my own words, trying to make it as simple as possible. No jargon, no difficult words and metaphors most junior ux/ui designers already understand well.
