Private Interests at World Health Organization

Dr Astrid Stuckelberger has placed herself in harm's way to speak out against the corruption she has seen at the United Nations and World Health Organization, where she worked as a public health consultant and educator for a number of years. Private industry is now merged with these organisations. The new Chief Scientific Officer of WHO is Jeremy Farrar, from Wellcome Trust in the UK, who are considered a 'front' for GlaxoSmithCline (GSK), a large pharmaceutical company.
