Let's Verify those Inflation Numbers

As of July 2023, the government is currently claiming inflation is at 3%. While I doubt there's any sensible American who believes that, this is still a situation of our words against theirs. In this Street Talk series therefore, we will track inflation numbers over time and see if they are reflecting the month to month numbers the government is publishing. Some very interesting things may come out of this experiment.
