Doom Zero (Ultra-Violence Plus 100%) - Map 20: Familiar Face

Map 20 of Doom Zero does something I've never seen a Doom wad do before, which is give a preview of the final boss fight to come. After navigating two deserted puzzle rooms, you then fall into the lair of the Demon Witch (this game's replacement for the Icon of Sin). You can't kill this thing yet, so all you can do is endure the onslaught from her infinitely spawning minions until the exit opens and then run away!
