Family of Jay Anderson disappointed by decision not to charge offer in his shooting death

Jay Anderson was shot and killed by a police officer while sitting in his parked car at Madison Park in Wauwatosa in June. Police said the officer approached the car and thought Anderson was reaching for a gun.
