This is just one part of the podcast I was on a few months ago, called "MASTERS OF CHANGE," in February 2023.

After a break up with my girlfriend at that time, I started reading and working on myself again. I NEEDED IT!

My business, in the following weeks, would have grown to about 400%, and this was the result of being fully committed to it.

I also started going to the gym again, and I lost 15 kg in total, and I've gained almost 5 kg in muscle mass. I'm on a great path right now, and I'm happy to share this one with you.
