My Morning Routine 😎

The sun has just begun to rise,
And I am up and out of bed.
I open the barn door wide,
And let my geese out to spread.

They honk and clatter as they go,
And I watch them from the porch.
Then I turn to the goats,
And let them out to frolic.

They run and jump and play,
And I laugh as they chase each other.
Then I go to the chicken coop,
And cluck with the hens and rooster.

They cluck and cackle in reply,
And I smile as I listen.
This is my morning routine,
And I wouldn't trade it for anything.

It's a simple life,
But it's a good life.
I'm surrounded by animals,
And I feel at peace.

I know that I'm lucky,
To have this life.
And I'm grateful for every day,
That I get to spend with my animals.
