making a Frittata with the Curmudge Inn.

I posted pics of a recent frittata I cooked on FB abd was asked to post a video about making a Frittata. I had one from years ago with my old channel and decided to reupload it to this channel. Frittata's are a tasty treat that can be eaten at anytime. You can add what ever you think will taste good in in. How I prepare my Frittata depends on what I am craving. I always tell people to play with your food. Try different things in it. You maybe pleasantly surprised on how it comes out. I always use cast iron skillets when making my Frittata. I think it enhances the taste.
