How we made Homemade Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.

We make homemade ice cream and taste it. It took almost 30 minutes to make the ice cream.

The recipe for this ice cream is:
2 quarts of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 quart of Half and Half
3 cups of granulated Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Vanilla
(The mixture makes 6 quarts of ice cream)

Mix all ingredients and dissolve the sugar in the liquid. After all of the sugar is dissolved chill the mixture for at least an hour. Move the mixture to the ice cream mixer of your choice and start the mixing process. The mixing time varies.
