This RV is part of a problematic RV encampment I’ve personally been asking Councilmember Nithya Raman to address for well over a year. This was 💯 preventable. There are several other RVs, tents, motorcycles, bikes, right there. This is located behind Gelson’s on Sylmar, which has seen increased crime and several dead bodies within a 2 block radius. This is what California calls compassion.
