Mike tells us about his recent experience where he got charged the wrong rate while using an @tesla supercharger. The whole ordeal took him about 5 hours to resolve. Mike, who routinely criticizes the experience of using CCS services like EVgo, then goes on to praise EVgo's customer service. We remind him that only a few minutes earlier, he was bashing the CCS experience 🤣
