The Pesto Recipe:
1/3 cup of fresh organic basil
1-2 Tbsp of Walnut Cheese from scratch (optional)
1/2 lime juice from fresh limes or keylimes
Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
1 Tsp. of Onion Powder (optional)
1/2 Tsp. of Fennel Seeds (optional)
1/2 Tsp. of Oregano and Thyme (optional)
