Health Alkemy Practical Health Matters July 27 2023 Going Into a Water Fast and Ending

The plan for me and few others is to begin a three day water fast tomorrow
My blood pressure was falling 35-40 points = huge red flag to do this but today only fell 11 points due to serious rest and herbs and supplementation.
Some tips from those who have water fasted are presented, and my own experience which is limited the past few years have not done longer than half or one day water fast.
WHY do it?
Intention is key - what do I want out of this?
