July 12 2023 Emergency Action Messages – US HFGCS EAMs + FDMs

· Broadcast problems continue from yesterday.
· Another 6K prefix message. Unlike some previous instances of 6K messages, this message was not repeated more than a single time. [EDIT: It was repeated again at 02:31 on July 13.]

[Note that https://eam.watch's automated recording system (uses Utwente WebSDR at this time) picked up additional messages from 14:30~16:00 but audio quality was too poor to transcribe. Issue for these was on receiving end, not transmitter, so I did not document them here.]
