I take two examples of abuse from the Victims Statement of Rachel Hamblin, and go through the sex crimes statutes in Utah's criminal code to show you which statutes fit the facts. Every Thursday at 7 p.m. via Zoom, IRA holds classes to train you how to become a researcher and document and expose sexual abuse in your community.
