What is going on with this?! Would you or I be allowed to pile dirt higher than the trees and most nearby buildings? Probably not.... but apparently its ok for the developer of Ryan Homes in the Blackwood West redevelopment area of Gloucester Township. If this is an eyesore from your home or property... though cookies! Deal with it!
