BREAKING: Microsoft/Activision WIN their FTC Case

Microsoft has won the court battle to acquire Activision in their case against the FTC case. The ruling was made July 10th, 2023, but the court document was made public today. This allows them to have Call of Duty on the Nintendo Switch , and keep COD on Playstion for 10 years with Parity on XBOX. The next round will take place on July 28 when the hearing shifts to the UK side of the battle. The UK regulator blocked the merger back in April of 2023
