PM Hun Sen asks US & Ukraine not to use cluster munitions

With Ukraine running out of ammunition—as said by President Biden, Kyiv will further resort to using cluster munitions that will be provided by the United States, but the prime minister of Cambodia has asked both countries not to use such weapons, reminding them of the painful experience of his country that risked the lives of Cambodians up to this day.
