DOJ AND HUNTER BIDEN TRIED TO CON A FEDERAL JUDGE

This week Hunter Biden appeared before a Delaware federal judge who Biden, his attorneys and the DOJ anticipated would accept Biden’s plea agreement for two tax charges and a diversion agreement for the illegal purchase of a gun. They anticipated the judge would ask no questions and simply rubber stamp the agreement and diversion documents.

Unfortunately for Biden, the judge noticed some atypical language in the diversion agreement. Language that was designed to give Biden global immunity for all illegal actions he had been involved in.
