The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of Dr. Gregory Chan, a family physician and emergency room doctor for the past 13 years. He begins by describing the difficulties experienced while making a vaccine adverse effects report. He had over 50 patients with adverse reactions and described some of those in his testimony. It is his duty to properly document the symptoms presented by his patients after vaccination and submit the forms. However, there was no clear communication on how to submit the forms to Health Canada, so he filled out the Alberta Health forms.
He tells of the patient who had a stillbirth after 3 live births, and how the emblical cord was sent to the US to test for the spike protein. He is still waiting on the results.
There was a young 14 year old boy that Alberta Health falsely claimed had died from covid. He was Dr. Chan's patient. He says the young man was in palliative care with endstage terminal brain cancer and did not die from covid. The health minister apologized to the family, but by then, the damage had already been done.
This was a new, never used before injection, and keeping records of adverse reactions is absolutely vital to further research. The trial testing was rushed due to emergency powers, but the long-term effects are still unknown.

The covid restrictions and mandates hurt many Canadians.
