Omelet with Ham
Delicious Paris Omelet with Ham
Learn how to make a mouthwatering Paris omelet with ham.
Perfect for breakfast or brunch!
5 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
5 sliced cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup sharp cheddar
Pour olive oil into a non-stick skillet and sauté mushrooms on medium-high heat around 2 minutes.
Crack eggs into a bowl, whisk well with heavy cream, salt & pepper.
Add ham, cherry tomatoes, and onions into the same skillet, that mushrooms were in saute' one minute, with mushrooms, then pour the egg mixture over it.
Use a spatula to pull the eggs away from the sides of the pan and top with 1/2 the cheese.
Fold over the omelet and plate it.
Top with the remaining cheese and more green onions if desired.
Serve this delicious Paris omelet with toast wedges & fresh jam for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.
