Paul wasn't summoned to Jerusalum. He went on his own free will in Acts 15 because he wanted to set the record straight. The kingdom church was still going to be teaching and applying the law and second the Grace message was not about any law or works at all.
Kingdom saints in Acts never changed their hope or promise.They remained in the kingdom program and dispensation until the day they died. They had to keep the entire law. This is a 12 out system if that helps.
Grace belivers were always a faith plus nothing dispensation. Yes, we are spiritually baptized and spiritually circumcised under Grace but it has always been a faith only dispensation.
The kingdom saints has to obey the law and all it's works. The Grace saints did not. Two churches and two dispensations going on side by side together until Acts 28.
