Correction on Calgary Stampede Lottery

In yesterdays live stream when talking to guest Derek Smith the subject of the Calgary Stampede Lottery came up and Derek shared some rumors about the lottery. These rumors are untrue so I invited the Calgary Stampede Lottery Committee Chairperson Richard Agnew to come on to set the record straight. He offered to come on, but understandably he is very busy at this time and could not make it.
