“Experts” Were WRONG! Mortgage Rates Will Remain High

In early 2023 most economists and real estate experts were predicting mortgage interest rates would be at or below 5% by the end of the year. Clearly that is not going to happen as interest rates now are hovering at 7% and we are likely to see more rate hikes from the FED before years end.
