Yes they are 'magic'
Anyone would know them for sure because of where they were found, near cow shit, the size and those gold fade to white and blue caps.
Am I sure? Yes, took them.

Those were just a couple hundred feet from my door. Have only seen these twice in Siem Reap in last twelve years.
There are none now where these were found.
