00:07 Inquire the current status of the blocked-off area with nearby staff members
01:56 Head to the power supply room and collect the backup batteries (0/3)
03:18 Hand over the backup batteries and restart the elevator
04:03 Take the elevator to the lower zone
04:30 Defeat the monster and save Pamela
05:17 Find out who the anonymous person is from Pamela
