I am excited to be joined again by Kelly Thiel, an inspirational woman and survivor of the NXIVM cult. Kelly and I discuss cults within society, the importance of self-awareness, self-compassion, and setting boundaries. All of these areas are crucial to building healthy relationships in all aspects of our lives, as is taking self-responsibility.

In this video, Kelly talks about how her experience in NXIVM and road to recovery after escaping taught her the importance of taking care of herself. She shares her own journey of self-discovery and healing, and she offers practical advice on how we can all work toward living our best lives, however that looks for us.
