Let's face it we have all installed the cleats wrong at home and caused knee pain. This video goes to show how to set them up properly at home to get cleats mounted and miles pedaled. Keep in mind this is no replacement for a true cleat fitting by a bike shop fitter so tread lightly and listen to your body so you don't injure yourself.
