Cadillacs & Dinosaurs Readjusted Editor - CDREE, Randomizer Easy Test

Another CDREE test, a tool that edits Cadillacs & Dinosaurs Readjusted, it has a level editor, a seed randomizer and a few other features.
Since the last test, a lot of bugs were fixed and the random difficulties are almost 100% finished, the crashes and soflocks that were happening when taking the car are gone and a new pallete for Lash Terhune was also added, I will probably improve his pallete a little bit more. CDREE looks almost finished.
