Join us in the Book of 1 John. The Apostle John wrote 5 books including this one. In a specific order. 1 gospel, 3 epistles or letters, and 1 prophetic book of Revelation.
 1 Gospel – so we might believe.
 3 epistles – so we might be sure.
 1 revelation – so we might be ready.
1 John 5:13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.
• 1 Gospel – salvation
• 3 Epistles – sanctification
• 1 Revelation – redemption
And finally, the 3 roles of Jesus as laid out in John’s books.
 1 Gospel – Jesus is the Messiah or savior of the world.
 3 Epistles – Jesus is our Priest.
 1 Revelation – Jesus is the King
All were written by John in a very specific order. As told by God.
I am sure you will be blessed by this verse-by-verse study of the word of God. This is the 14th Book in our series studying all the Books of the New Testament that are 6 chapters or less.
