Fascism is about the duty of the citizen towards the state, and the "right" (so to speak) of the state over the property, the money and the belongings, of the citizen. This is what Liberalism is usually about in the U.S.A., while the Conservative doctrine in the U.S.A is usually about the citizen's rights for their money, property and belongings.
