John 6:44 Explained

John 6:44 reads: "No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day."  What does that mean?  Does that mean God chooses who will be saved without any person having any choice in the matter?  We will look at this verse and many other Scriptures as we consider the meaning of this passage of Scripture.
