56. Callan Comes to Town

This week a guy, whom I’ve climbed with before, called Callan Sharples comes to Far Peak.

I met Callan on an Oxford University Mountaineering Club trip. I thought he was a great climber but when he told me “Wombats poo cubes” I warned to him greatly.

In this week’s film, we have:

Amongst other things. The newly set Route called “Brussels Sprouts.” Which looks like a classic comp route. Oh, and it’s definitely a classic.

We meet Marcheur du Genou for the first time and Alicia, for the second. Although, to be fair, last time she was in a Ghost Puffin film it was just the end of a bit of campussing that she had been doing.

Hayden and Tom set each other a “lowest hold double hand match” challenge which gets them in all sorts of weird positions.

Some ultra violence occurs!! I know! At Far Peak.

And there’s even a bit of upside down at the end.
