Home Made Soft Pretzels

We make some home made pretzels.
While the final appearance did not look great they sure tasted good.
Ingredients: 4 1/2c flour, 1 1/4 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt,, 1 1/2c warm water, 1/4c melted salted butter, 8cf water, 1/2c baking soda, 1 egg, toped with Salt (pretzel salt) - we use Himalayan salt
