NOTE: Make sure it is Evernight (use any Day-Night Mechanism)

Pre-Requisite area quest:
00:07 Go to The Serpent's Heart northwest-most waypoint.
00:31 Go to the east of the teleport waypoint then glide down until you see a cave.
00:55 Go inside the cave and turn left where you will see the Altar Pattern which is above a couple of stone storages stacked beside a wall which is near 3 landmarks: a Time-Trial Challenge, Fishing Spot, and Ruin Sentinel.
- You need to defeat the Ruin Sentinel first then interact to the Altar Pattern. Symbols are the same with [Guide] The Heart of Ouroboros https://youtu.be/8EeONm4Bh2g
01:46 Return to The Altar at The Serpent's Heart and follow the Altar Pattern (See how it was done from [Guide] The Heart of Ouroboros https://youtu.be/8EeONm4Bh2g)
02:57 An afterimage will appear in the middle.

Steps:
02:58 Talk to the afterimage at the altar
03:44 Help the afterimage find out their identity
04:29 Head to the direction of the Day-Night Mechanism then you will see the Ancient Stone Tablet just beside the terrace (northwest of the afterimage)
04:47 Report back to the afterimage
05:25 Find where the "children are hidden"
- NOTE: I already solved this puzzle while I was exploring the area before and sadly, I don't have recordings of it but you can follow the below if not yet solved.
-- Switch to Whitenight in order to solve the puzzle for this step (use any Day-Night Mechanism).
-- You will see 3 Triangular Mechanisms and 3 hanging lanterns. Hitting each mechanism will move the hanging lantern next to it.
-- Clicking sound will be heard if the lantern is moved to the correct position, and the message "This seems to be the right position..." will appear on the screen. Do this for all three lanterns.
-- Correct lantern positions (from left to right): top, bottom, middle
-- 06:28 Go inside the opened room then turn left until you see the Day-Night Mechanism then switch to Evernight.
-- 06:58 Talk to the afterimage in the hiding place
-- NOTE: While it is not needed on this quest, open the chest behind the afterimage to obtain the Secret Room Key which is needed for the Hidden Exploration Objective: Adonis' Abandoned Safehouse. I already done this as well before but sadly I have no recording for this.
08:58 Go to Tokoyo Reisen
09:26 Obtain the Waters of Lethe
09:33 Go to the top of the Dragonbone Flower
- Water the Dragonbone Flower using the Waters of Lethe
10:52 Wait for the Dragonbone Flower to condense
- Wait for daily reset then return back to the Dragonbone Flower the next day.
11:03 Obtain the Dragonbone Orb
