Push back against 15 minute cities

Like so many towns and cities across the UK and the rest of the world, the '15 minute city' plan is being implemented. Rachel and Carinna, in Colchester, Essex, have engaged with the City Council to educate the councillors in the misguided nature of these dystopian plans.
