Walkthrough:
00:27 Teleport to the Central Hub waypoint then fly south to the platform above the waterfall system south of Silver Bottle Courtyard
02:35 Board the cart and the railway undergroudn line will be unlocked
03:15 A Teleport Waypoint can be unlocked and Joyoux Voucher can also be found at the end of the line.
03:28 Climb the stairs and the quest will automatically received.

Steps:
03:36 Explore the mysterious cave
04:25 Follow the Hydro Eidolon
04:38 Read the diary fragment
- Keep following the Hydro Eidolon
05:38 Take the Choo-Choo Cart to the destination
06:08 Break the seal on the "Streaming Projector"
Unseal the remaining three "Streaming Projector"
- 06:15 "Streaming Projector" 1
- 09:00 "Streaming Projector" 2
- 12:50 "Streaming Projector" 3
17:24 Restore the mural in the cave
