Getting destroyed by HACKERS in Rainbow Six Siege for 11 minutes straight

I played rainbow six siege for 3 hours yesterday. 3 hours. During all that time, I faced those 2 cheaters. Even if I waited, even if I stayed in queue for 15 mins, the only ones I could play against were those hackers. Its not just that. Even if I found other players, they would be closet cheaters/other hackers. So its not even about them. We need Ubisoft to do something. It's gonna destroy the game. Nobody likes getting destroyed by hackers in rainbow six siege for 11 minutes straight.
