Pokemon Card GB 2 Part 16: Power Users

The last of the Lightning Fort players are here and they have the most powerful decks we've seen yet!... Besides our own. :P

The first is the reveal of GR No.3 and he has quite an improved deck since we last seen him. I wouldn't say it's fully streamlined because it has a lot of different Lightning Pokemon of various usefulnesses in it and could use more draw cards, but it's certainly usable.

The leader however has quite a strategy going! Lots of trainer carts to draw with, as well as utility and surprise, combining that with the +10 lightning attack rule on low-energy-use Pokemon means it really is a "quick attack" deck, lol! Energy Removal is in there as well, so you may not even be able to power up as quickly as you think you will.

Also, everyone seems to have speedball Voltorb. They knew... No... WE knew! That it was a good basic! Especially with the special rule.
