Bowser doesn't seem like he needs these places, but here they are, seemingly not even a part of castle security, lol! Any idea what they may be for? Maybe a training course for the Pokio? Training minions to use rocket flowers? Ehhh, well, we just know there are moons there and when there's moons, there's us trying to collect them.
