Tetris 99 Blind Walkthrough Part 4: Putting Pieces Together

I looked up some of the game's mechanics to see what I should be aiming for at the very least, but not really tips to keep it blind. :P So it'll still take some time to get things down-down, which'll be interesting with the experiments and all!
