Trying to play speedy stuff in your warm-ups can be possible if you warm up a bit beforehand. But I'm not sure I'd play this if you aren't quite loose enough for 196bpm because it doesn't allow you much time before the first major stream to loosen up for it.

This stepchart though is a pretty fantastic way to practice your BPM switching (half to full) as it does so pretty often, while also having a lot of breaks for players looking to practice higher speeds without being overwhelmed by too many measures at once. That style of stepchart also has a rather nice effect of allowing people to practice recovery techniques between streams like relaxing and breathing control to better prepare yourself for the next one.
