Pokepark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure Walkthrough Part 30: Friendly Finale!

Since this did turn out to be a walkthrough somehow, I decided to finish this baby up by explaining how to friend the last 13 Pokemon, demonstrating the special items you can get for Pikachu via passwords and showing all the passwords for every game region in general.
