Episode 2 : Eric Lo - Krado

Eric Lo, the founder of Krado (www.krado.co) and Dave got to talk about Krado's origins and Eric's entrepreneurial journey to this point. Krado has developed a very cool smart plant sensor, associated mobile app, and a plant database that together enable consumers to take care of their various house plants in an optimal fashion, without having to become plant experts. Their sensors can be 3D printed at home (very cool) and they can automatically send you the correct nutrients for your specific plant and geography. Eric and Dave discuss a Solarpunk vs Cyberpunk future, and how smart cities (as currently imagined) really aren't that smart unless they include the strategic inclusion of plants beyond just their aesthetic appeal. Eric is a brilliant biochemist and passionate entrepreneur and it was fun learning what he has planned for the future of Krado!
