How does EagerLED LED LED Screen perform waterproof test on LED rental display?丨EagerLED LED Display
EagerLED adopts the following methods when testing the waterproofness of LED displays:

First of all, the LED display screens are placed on the turnover car one by one, and three or four turnover cars are used to push them to the waterproof test area one by one.

Next, pull up the waterproof test curtain to ensure that water does not flow into the test area.

Then, adjust the timer to 15 minutes, and turn on the power switch to start the waterproof test. Through the timer, the LED display screen will continue to receive 15 minutes of heavy rain simulation to test its waterproof performance.

At the end of the waterproof test, the power switch will automatically turn off. Then, the test trolley is pushed out of the test area and moved to the dewatering area.

Use an air compressor spray gun to remove the water on the surface of the box for further inspection.

Subsequently, the quality personnel opened the boxes one by one and carefully checked whether there was water inside. Only when no water enters the inside of all the boxes can the waterproof test be passed.

If any case of water inside the box is found, the quality personnel will find out the cause and deal with it. After the treatment is completed, the waterproof test will be carried out again until it passes the test.

This waterproof test ensures that the cabinet of EagerLED LED video wall meets the requirements of IP65 waterproof level, so that it can operate safely in outdoor environments.
