The Bank of Canada just increased the benchmark overnight rate by 25 basis points to 5%, the highest level since 2001, yet Trudeau seems to be more invested and committed to defending Ukrainian sovereignty.
Justin Trudeau Declared Canada a "Guarantor" for Ukraine's sovereignty during his unexpected first trip to Kyiv. This is a massive statement because Canada cannot guarantee Ukraine's freedom.
