Colion Noir and Constable Rob Carver predicted gun bans would fail. They were right.

Playing a clip of Winnipeg Police Service Constable Rob Carver from 2020, Colion Noir echoed the words of the officer (and Canadian Police Chiefs across the country) saying that a handgun freeze (ban) ‘won't make any difference.’

Cst. Carver went on to say “When we seize handguns, the handguns are always, almost 100%, in the possession of people who have no legal right to possess them. There almost always stolen, or illegally obtained.” source: Global News

Mr. Noir offers his opinion saying, 'the only way to prevent criminals from getting guns, is to make all guns disappear. Anyone with a brain knows that this is impossible, but people keep thinking that if they make legal gun ownership hard, it will also make illegal gun ownership hard...but this is STUPID because criminals don't get their guns LEGALLY. Law abiding citizens do and they're not the ones shooting at people.'

✅ Cst. Carver was right in 2020.
✅ Mr. Noir was right in 2022.
✅ The Senate should Scrap C-21 in 2023.
