MK Ultra in Action Mitch McConnell

A small stun gun is used on Mitch McConnell by the woman in the suit. MK-ultra uses stun guns on slaves. They don't flinch because the stun causes them to go into a deeper brainwave length to dissociate the sensation and the betrayal. Fritz Springmeier documented this use of stun guns on slaves in his book Deeper Insights into the Illuminate. The slave is not aware of the electroshock nor that he is being handled.
