A Japanese man fulfilled his lifelong dream of transforming into a collie, and it cost him a pretty penny. The man who goes by the alias Toco on his YouTube channel, "I Want to Be an Animal," recently released a video showcasing his "transformation" into a collie dog. In the video, he is seen wearing a realistic collie dog costume while interacting with real-life dogs and people in public.
