Harrison Tinsley is seeking full custody of his son and has concerns not only about gender confusion but also about the child's immediate safety, as Sawyer's mother has a history of mental health issues and a previous arrest for felony child endangerment. Despite these concerns, the custody arrangement currently stands at 50-50 between the parents.
